Cryer is also known for being mistaken for actor Matthew Broderick.

Cryer married British-born actress Sarah Trigger in 1999, by whom he has a son, Charlie Austin, but the pair divorced in 2004. In February 2007, on an episode of The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, he announced that he was going to marry entertainment reporter Lisa Joyner; the couple married in Mexico in June 2007.

Jon is by far the better actor of the two. Charlie has a “role” but Jon plays the characters. We enjoy his antics.

Jon Cryer deserves an Academy award for his quick witted and wonderful acting on Two and a Half Men. Jon’s acting makes the whole show. He is also very very handsome, and somehow gets better looking each season. I like to think he is as sensible in real life as his character has him play. He should be a role model for every man. I hope this show will continue for many more seasons. It’s what I look forward to at the end of each day.

I agree with both of the above comments. Jon is a fantastic comedian and is the star of the show. He is the main reason I watch. Sometimes he does’nt have to speak. He can make you laugh with body lanuage and facial expressions. Long may the show continue.
